Join downtown Howell in honoring and remembering those who have served. The parade will begin at 10 am at the Howell Carnegie Library and continue its way down Grand River ending at Lakeview cemetery.  The parade will make some stops along the route to lay wreaths on some monuments. City partners and the American Legion Post 141 helped in putting on this event for the community.
