Sweet Treats Itinerary
We have so many sweet treats in Livingston County that it would take all day to visit them all! This itinerary gives visitors a feel for the communities and has you traveling through a lot of the county! Use the hashtag #lovelivco to show us your favorite sweets from this trip!
To start the day off, stop into the Pinckney Bakery! The baker has been in the business for more than 30 years, and now is teaching his sons how to run the business. The small town bakery makes you feel right at home with their fresh donuts, pastries, and baked goods!
After your early morning, it’s time for a coffee. And what goes better with coffee than a nice treat? The Brighton Coffee House and Theatre has freshly made pastries or bagels if you’re not ready for another something sweet!
Speaking of bagels, this cafe has 21 different varieties of bagels! Bagels and Bites also serve Scones, Muffins, Cookies, Health Bars, Tasty Coffees, Teas, Cappuccinos, and Lattes. If you’re looking for something more filling, the bagels can be used for sandwiches as well.
Time for some ice cream! Dairyville serves 24 flavors of Ashby’s Hand-Dipped Ice Cream, Country Fresh Soft Serve, and Frostyogurt. Other available options include Slushies, Sundaes, Shakes, Malts, Mix-Ins and 8 flavors of Flavorburst for their soft serve vanilla cones!
Next on the agenda is Scratch Sweet Shop! They serve up anything sweet including bars, cupcakes, cannolis, soft pretzels, milkshakes, and their famous cinnamon rolls! There is such a variety that anyone can find a treat here!
And to wrap up the night we’re taking a trip to M Street Bakery! We recommend trying one of their crazy malkshakes, but they also offer cupcakes, cookies, edible cookie dough, cannolis, and much more! It is the perfect way to end the night.
