Grit & Lavender is a co-working office space in downtown Brighton, Michigan.

Our Grit is our hustle. It’s our grind every day to do our best work; and even in failure, we get back up, adjust and try again until we make our dreams come true.

Our Lavender is our connection to others. It is the love and support we receive through building relationships and really knowing a person. It is knowing that someone has your back and that they are there to support you in reaching for the things that matter most.

Grit & Lavender will include private offices, a conference room, a wellness room, a serenity room for resting or refocusing, a kitchenette, and flexible memberships ranging from day passes to monthly memberships.

We offer Private Office, Conference Room, Co-working space & Small Event Space (usually up to 20 people) to our members and others visiting Livingston County. We are centrally located in Downtown Brighton, about 1 mile off I-96 (taking the Spencer Road Exit). We are about 1 block off Main Street, within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants, local shops and downtown Brighton’s Night Life. We offer designated private parking to our members and their guests.
– Conference Rooms -We offer a Large Conference Room (up to 12 people) & a Small Conference Room (up to 8 people) and each are equipped with a Sharp Aquosboard (aka digital whiteboard) and the latest in Audio/Video capabilities. These rooms are ideal for a business meeting, event or small class. We are happy to assist with catering in breakfast and lunch or could help make reservations at one of our great local restaurants. Please let us know how we can assist you.
– Private Offices – Our offices are fully furnished and equipped with dual monitors, and a smart TV so you can easily meet & present to clients. They are also wonderful spaces to set up shop for the day whenever you find yourself back in Livingston County.
-Co-working Space – Desks are available to those that just a space to get some work done. Many people find themselves passing through Brighton as they are conducting business in the area and find our co-working space to be ideal to complete a proposal, catch up on email, eat lunch, grab a coffee or just refresh before they head out to their next meeting or call.
– Kitchenette Space – This space can be great to host an event, small gathering or meeting for about 10-20 people outside of our normal business hours. We help with planning, catering, and set up/tear-down for these events and find this space is are for presentations, intimate networking events, family gatherings, or holiday/ special occasion gathering such as a Holiday Party. Although we do not sell any alcohol, we do allow you to bring in your own spirits but ask that you enjoy responsibly.
– Other Events & Community Involvement – We regularly host a variety of business focused and socially focused events for members of our community that are open to the public to attend. Some events are free and other may have a modest fee for attendance. Please check our event page on our website for a list of all upcoming events.
