S&R Lavender Farm

Debra Smith and Regina Roberts are a mother/daughter team who have a passion for living in the country, growing quality lavender, raising happy livestock, and making products that brings joy to others!

S&R Lavendar Farm runs an in-person gift shop that is open all throughout the year.  They provide hand-crafted products made on the farm such as bath and body lavender products like Body Butters and Healing Salves. They also have tasty baked goods such as Lavender Sugar Cookies and Homemade Caramel Corn (all family recipes handed down from older generations). Take a look at their products page for photos and details on products.

Visit their Facebook page for gift shop days and hours.

S&R Lavender Farm also offers outdoor events! Last year they launched their first Halloween on the Farm event and the first season of Walk Thru The Lights during the holidays. Stay tuned this summer for more events they plan to launch.

Have you had a chance to visit the Chicken Camper yet? S&R Lavender Farm has a camper with 30 chickens and 3 ducks that all lay eggs! They sell farm fresh eggs weekly. On weeks that the gift shop is closed, you can still pick up your egg order! All eggs are $4.50/carton. 12 chicken eggs and 6 duck eggs per carton. This summer they plan to have whole chickens and other livestock for sale.

Stay tuned for details on pre-ordering organically fed/free range meat.

Day-camps for preschool through 100+ years old! First day-camps consist of a soup and bread making cooking class and a lavender farm tour. Camp is held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm at the farm.

Campers spend the first hour in the kitchen making bread dough, soup stock, and talking about cooking science/math. Then they head  to the lavender field for a tour and educational lessons on lavender. On the way back in to the kitchen, we stop at the chicken camper to visit the chickens and ducks. Campers learn about care and advantages of having chickens/ducks. Camper are taught why farm fresh eggs are best (for us and the environment). Then they finish in the kitchen with baking the bread, cooking the noodles in the soup, and enjoying a farm fresh lunch together.

Each day-camp student pays $25 for the day. Chaperones are free and can join the tour or leave their camper and come back at the end. There is a maximum of 10 students per day. All events and links are on the S&R Lavender Farm Facebook page. Once a camp is full, the title on the event will change to Full.
