Known as the “Art with a Heart” gallery, Studio West enables individuals with disabilities and other community members to express their artistic abilities. These artists create one of a kind pieces in a multitude of media and display and sell their work here. The gallery is operated by the non-profit Work Skills Corporation (WSC) whose mission is to “optimize human potential” and provide jobs to people with barriers to employment. Artists of all ages have a chance to channel their inner creativity with a variety of hands-on workshops and classes. Ladies can plan a “girl’s night out” and bring adult beverages and snacks while painting their own masterpiece.
The gallery is approximately 2,500 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 50 attendees, and is handicap accessible.
A great atmosphere to host a business meeting, fundraiser or workshop, the staff of Studio West Art Gallery are professional, warm and friendly. Their goal is make sure your event exceeds and satisfies your expectations. The gallery provides a warm and unique setting for client receptions, fundraisers, corporate events/meetings as well as individual or group art exhibits.
