Sometimes being on vacation is no excuse to miss a workout! If you’re in town visiting the Brighton-Howell Area and still want to get some exercise in, here are some unique options to get your sweat on away from your normal routine.

Fitwall

This downtown Brighton studio is an experience like no other. The gym features a stationary wall with four steps that visitors and members use for a high-intensity interval workout that focuses on gaining strength, increasing flexibility, and cardio endurance. This workout will leave you feeling energized and powerful, readying to take on your day…or at least ready for a delicious brunch downtown!

The Space

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to your mat, you’ll find a rewarding fitness experience at The Space in Green Oak Village Place. Come as you are, take what you need, and leave The Space with energy for the day after one of their unique class selections, with names like The Release and The Calm. Your first class is free! Take advantage of a quality workout on the road, without breaking the bank! You can also enjoy your first class free of charge at their sister indoor spinning studio, The Ride.
