Various Dates | Island Lake Lantern Hikes

📍: Island Lake Recreation Area

Walk along the Hickory Rudge hiking trail in the Island Lake Recreation Area, and let the light of lanterns and the moon guide you. This is a self-guided hike with lanterns lighting the pathway for the one-mile trail with a campfire warming station at the halfway point.

November 30th – December 23rd | Visit Santa

📍: Spicer Orchards

Take a ride on the Spicer Express Musical train to Santa’s Cabin and New this year, the Gingerbread Barn, this holiday season! The train runs every Thursday through Sunday from November 30th through December 23rd.

Various Dates | Winter Market

📍: Howell Opera House

Come out of the cold and into Howell’s Historic Opera House for a Winter Market! This market is the best place to find seasonal products, jewelry, locally made and sourced products, and more.

December 1st – 23rd | Santa Trail Ride

📍: Pinckney

Bring the family to meet Santa, Mrs. Claus, and even The Grinch! Take a tour through Hamlett Lavendar Farm to experience the glowing lights with a steamy cup of hot chocolate. Campfires will be set up along the property with s’mores kits available for purchase.

December 3rd | Christmas In The Ville

📍: Downtown Fowlerville

For 32 years, the Fowlerville Christmas Parade has lit up the historic downtown area during the holiday season. Since 2011, hot air balloons have been lighting the way for Santa to come to Fowlerville. This year, watch over 40 hot air balloons fly across the sky.

Various Dates | Kittens & Crooners

📍: Brighton

Enjoy a magical night of music and a tasty cocktail in the intimate space of Ciao Amicis. The Kittens & Crooners series features a different Michigan-based artist per event. Each event offers two shows – 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm. Before or after the two-set performance, head upstairs for an authentic Italian dinner.
