The CTA Program is designed to train all tourism stakeholders to answer questions to ensure the visitor has the best possible trip. When visitors come to the Brighton Howell Area and leave with a positive experience, they’re more likely to return and share their experiences with others. By offering certification sessions regularly, we can ensure the entire area is engaged in support of tourism.

This designation is specific to you; it will follow you through your career throughout the Brighton Howell Area.
With approval, the CTA logo may be used on your website, email signature, and business cards/communications.
As an Accredited Provider, the Brighton Howell Area Tourism Ambassador Program presents the official CTA designation on behalf of the Tourism Ambassador Institute®, the oversight body for the certification program.
