The owners have been proudly educated in Napoli, Italy, by Vera Pizza Napoletana (VPN). The ingredients, preparation method, and final product pass the authenticity test every time they leave the kitchen. Everything from the flour’s refinement to the water’s clarity and the grade of salt used in the dough is monitored and kept up to VPN standards. In other words, serious passion and care are taken in each pizza that leaves the wood-burning oven.

The menu includes Bianca pizzas finished with extra virgin olive oil and Rosso pizzas with San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh basil. On the Bianca menu, try the Funghi, prosciutto and rucola, or the pistachio and salscissia pizzas. There are Margherita, Frutti di Mare, Misto Salami, and many more for a Rosso choice. There are also menu items with an Italian flare, like Detroit and American-style pizza, salads, pasta, and wood-fired sandwiches. The sandwiches are one of a kind in the area and use the pizza dough as breading.
