The CTA Program is designed to train all tourism stakeholders to answer questions to ensure the visitor has the best possible trip. When visitors come to the Brighton Howell Area and leave with a positive experience, they’re more likely to return and share their experiences with others. By offering certification sessions regularly, we can ensure the entire area is engaged in support of tourism.

The CTA program is an internationally recognized certification. Participants who complete the program earn the Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) designation, a professional credential that stays with them throughout their career in the Brighton Howell Area.

As an Accredited Provider, the Brighton Howell Area Tourism Ambassador Program awards the official CTA designation on behalf of the Tourism Ambassador Institute®.
