El Arbol Taqueria is downtown Brighton's spot for delicious street tacos, cold margaritas, and amazingly fresh chips and salsa. This unique corner location allows for traditional restaurant offerings and a taco window that faces the sidewalk. If you're in a hurry, get your food from the taco window to eat while you stroll the Mill Pond. Indoor, outdoor, and bar seating is open for dinner and evening drinks. A unique feature of this building is the beautiful decor throughout the two-story dining space.
The Menu
The bar at this restaurant is known for its tasty margaritas and palomas, which come in sweet and savory flavors. Choose from smoky, hibiscus, or spicy, all garnished with fruit or flavored rims. El Arbol Taqueria doesn't stop at the classic Margarita; you can also get beer, wine, and several other alcohol choices by the class. There is a crafty, non-alcoholic selection, too. The bar is part of the Brighton Social District, so you can take your beverage afterward after the meal. The food menu is sweet and to the point, yet descriptive of their starters, tacos, and full plates. The Chips and Trio are great for groups and discovering all the amazing dips; you get a large basket of chips, queso blanco, guacamole, and the famous House Arbol Salsa. One appetizer hard to find elsewhere is the Chicharrones, house-made fried pork rinds dusted with chili lime salt. There are nine different styles of tacos served on flaky double-shell corn tortillas, each unique and worth a try at least once. For a more traditional style taco, there is the chorizo, gringo, or shrimp. On the other hand, for taco-lovers, there are more adventurous options. Try the brussel sprout, baja fish, or nopales taco for a genius mix of fresh ingredients in your tortillas. The tacos are a la carte, so you can order as many as you'd like, plus mix-and-match combinations. To finish, end the meal with a Churro, whether you're celebrating or just out to eat. The deep-fried delights are served with Mexican cinnamon sugar and served with a smooth chocolate sauce.Hours
