Hell Creek Campground is a family-oriented campground offering fun activities for children of all ages. They are known for a fabulous pool, spacious campsites, and clean bathrooms. At Hell Creek, you can book 100 beautiful campsites: 60 electrical and 40 old-school sites. The old-school primitive sites are nestled right into conifers and wooded areas that border State land. The campground can also accommodate larger motorhomes. Hell Creek (Portage River) runs through the camp property and offers campers great fishing opportunities for pike, bluegills, and sunfish. Canoes are also available to find those deep holes. They have a horseshoe pit on site. Leave a small deposit at their office, return the horseshoes when done, and get your deposit back. The little ones have a playground, which helps enrich their time while out communing with nature. The amenities are ever-growing at Hell Creek Campground. The site offers a lit basketball court, horseshoe pits, and a top-notch playground. There are miles of trails that spread from the grounds that take you into state and local recreation areas, perfect for all kinds of exploring. The Hell Creek Equestrian Center is located on the property, allowing for plenty of interactions and activities with horses.
