Celebrate Global Fat Bike Day 2025 on Saturday, December 6th, at Island Lake Recreation Area! Bring your fat bike, plus bike, or any trail-ready ride for a day of riding, community, and fun.
Arrive by 9:45 AM at Spring Mill Pond. There will be a group photo at 10:00 AM, then hit the trails with no-drop rides starting at 10:05 AM. Choose your ride:
- Group A: Fast-paced guided Badlands Tour
- Group B: Casual guided Badlands Tour
- Self-Guided: Follow the marked Badlands Loop
- Choose Your Own Adventure: Explore 13+ miles on the Badlands, Blue, and Yellow Loops
Afterward, stick around for a tailgate party! Bring a dish to share and a 6-pack of beer or soda.
