Mt. Brighton
Since 1960, Mt. Brighton Ski Area in Southeast Michigan has been a legendary family winter destination on the Midwest snow sports scene. Skiers and riders from Detroit, Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Northwest Ohio can easily access 25 downhill trail runs covering 130 acres.
Downhill skiing and snowboarding on hills with a 250-foot vertical drop or a bunny hill. There are five chairlifts, five tow ropes, and two surface lifts. Equipment rentals and lessons help beginners get started.
There are multiple options when you need to take off your skis or snowboard and refuel. Enjoy the modern urban architectural design and a chic mountain-view restaurant, Ore Creek Mountain Grill. Quick-service restaurants and coffee stations can also be found inside the ski hall area.
Having converted thousands of first-timers into lifelong skiers and riders. Don’t forget to stop by the Ski & Ride School Center for beginners and children. The passionate instructors will make a lifelong skier out of you.

The menu boasts American contemporary cuisine, made from scratch with locally sourced products. Ore Creek has a fully stocked bar, great wine selections, and a draft beer lineup featuring Michigan micro-brews.
Ore Creek overlooks the mountain in the winter and the ninth green in the summer, with a large patio for outdoor seating.
