SELCRA Meijer Park

South Eastern Livingston County Recreation Authority (SELCRA) is Brighton, Michigan’s parks and recreation organization. The SELCRA Meijer Park is located in Brighton next to the Brighton District Library. This 3-acre park houses a baseball/softball diamond, small-sided (4v4) soccer fields, outdoor basketball courts, and outdoor pickleball/youth tennis courts.

SELCRA’s mission is “Creating Community through People, Parks, and Programs.” This park is the scene of many unique events such as the Dog-Friendly Brew Festival, Croquet & Cocktails, and Backyard Bags & BBQ throughout the year. These events help unite the community with a fun activity at their park. This park is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the area’s outdoors and meet new people at popular events.

The SELCRA Meijer team also rents various sports and party facilities in the park and beyond. You can view their list online of spaces to host your next meeting or get-together. The SELCRA Meijer Park space has room to host your next event for up to 50 people. The event space has seating and tables, warming tables for food, and a kitchen, and you are welcome to bring beverages.
