Join the Ford Amateur Astronomy Club at Spring Mill Pond in Island Lake Recreation Area to observe the night sky! This free, family-friendly evening under the stars is open to everyone, so it doesn’t matter if you are a seasoned stargazer or just curious about the cosmos.

Got a telescope? Bring it along! Club members will be happy to help you set it up and learn how to use it. Don’t have a telescope? No worries! Many astronomers at the event are more than happy to share views through their telescopes. Just be sure to ask before taking a peek.
