Join Independence Lake County Park for a slow flow yoga class, all levels welcome, no experience necessary. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and breath control. In-person yoga will be held at Independence Lake. There is also a virtual option through Zoom. If weather is not favorable in-person yoga may be substituted for virtual session for that day only.
